"Sublime seaside stay!"

Pete went above and beyond as a host. We came down for the Brighton Marathon and he gave us pointers on how to get there, local bars and restaurants and much more. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Pete 👍🏻 5 stars from us. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

"Cute, cosy and comfortable"

The host was extremely helpful and flexible and made us feel very welcome. Bathroom was great - places to hang clothes, lots of hot water, clean towels. Beds were comfy and we slept well.

Lots of narrow steep stairs so not ideal if you struggle with your knees.

This is a perfect British house. Pete is such an excellent host.

Soundproofing is the only drawback here.
