Loved that it accommodated my family, had a shared kitchen and the courtyard was perfect for hanging out

We had a relatively comfortable place to stay during our visit. The onsite host (Drew) was very congenial and wanted to ensure that we had a nice stay. The outdoor courtyard area was very nice. We were given access codes by email just prior to our arrival. All the switches in the unit were labeled, which was helpful.

The available kitchen is shared by the onsite host and visitors alike. It is open continuously, but if you want to brew coffee in the mornings in your room, you will need to bring your own Keurig or coffee maker, bottled water, etc. The loft (#2) we stayed in did offer a microwave and small refrigerator. The walls did not meet the ceilings in the two actual bedrooms, so they are semi-private even though they did have doors (we assumed this was to aid air circulation, but we did not ask about that....there is also a smaller living area just off of these two bedrooms, just FYI.) There is one large room with three beds when entering the unit, so realize that one sleeping area is shared if you have lots of people staying. This is also the room with tables for eating or working, along with the fridge and microwave. The cleanliness of the unit and attention to maintenance was not quite what we expected, but the owner said he would address the items that we mentioned to him.

Comfortable and clean

We loved the property, very unique! We enjoyed our short stay. We were able to unwind in the courtyard area and felt safe doing such. The kids enjoyed being able to play outside. The only thing we could make any comment concerning improvement was 3 out of 4 beds squeaked really bad with even the slightest movement. It made sleeping difficult. The apartment was well stocked, beyond our needs and expectations. The whole property was clean and accessible by guests. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is hesitant, you won’t regret it.

We loved the courtyard as well as the amenities. Rooms were very well cleaned and comfortable. The host was extremely hospitable.
