Organised an airport pick up gave details but no show waiting for an hour had to organise our own transport

1. Behavior of local day vist Guests. Unfortunately, I observed unsatisfactory behavior among some guests, including loud noises and altercations at the pool area, which made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. 2. Pool Conditions: The chlorine levels in the pool were excessively high, which made the water unpleasant for swimming. Additionally, it seemed that the water was not adequately filtered, resulting in a less than ideal swimming experience. 3. Room Cleanliness: I found the room to be below the expected standard of cleanliness, and the shower facilities were not well-maintained, leading to a less enjoyable stay. I appreciate the effort your team puts into providing a quality experience, and I hope you can address these concerns for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Friendly staff. Great pool. Really good food in the restaurant. Reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The AC was a bit unreliable.

Behaviour of Dilshan, Ravichandran and the Manager is excellent. Always smiling. Prompt response from staff, whenever needed. Place is quite near the airport. Food prepared was tasty and quantity was good. Overall our stay was pleasant.

The property is great value for money! The bed was very comfy and the air con worked well. The WiFi was mostly fast throughout our stay. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond, I had rented a Tuk Tuk and they helped me check it over and fix a broken rain flap. I didn’t use the pool but it looked good!
