Mazaryk Bed and Breakfast

Buena ubicación, cerca de todo pero al mismo tiempo en un lugar tranquilo, alejado del ruido. Fernando, muy muy atento y amable. El desayuno simple pero rico. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la terraza tiene una vista espectacular. Excelente estadía, repetiría sin pensarlo.

Firstly, our host Fernando was simply a super host and genuinely good guy. I unfortunately arrived at the bed and breakfast having just gotten food poisoning. Fernando was there to help translate what the doctor said, pick up any food/liquids the doctor recommended I have, and also went as far as changing the normal breakfast he served to something that would help me recover. Not only that but Fernando was a great help at organising transport to and from Antigua, and happy to help with any queries. Secondly, it’s just a really nice place to stay. Our bedroom was super homely and comfortable. There is a little roof terrace with a really nice view of the town and volcano behind. And although we had a shared bathroom, this was only with one other room and was always kept very clean.

Nothing - if I am ever back in Antigua one day I’ll be trying to stay here again :)

The owner made us feel welcome from the start and had some nice chats with him, what a great guy! It was nice to have breakfast each day, with a selection of pancakes, cereals, scrambled eggs etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as with the bathroom. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Kleines aber sauberes Zimmer und super liebes Personal 🥰 Von der Terrasse aus sieht man bei gutem Wetter den Vulkan Fuego. Das Frühstück war lecker. Zuerst dachten wir, die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber es täuscht: In 10 Gehminuten ist man z. B. beim Arco de Santa Catalina. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher und sind auch abends noch zu Fuss zur Unterkunft zurück gelaufen 👍🏼

Wir fanden das Bett sehr hart 😅

Fernando is een zeer gastvrije en geinteresseerde gastheer. Fijne kamer en goede voorzieningen dicht bij het centrum. In een rustige buurt.

Cozy room, great view of the city and erupting volcano from the roof and super great owner, who helps with everything you need. Plus it’s a very nice person to talk to.

Excellent B&B and the host is wonderful. Great views from the terrace and lovely breakfast!
