Cozy, small, clean apartments. In close proximity to the metro station. Small shops and cafes are all nearby. It was convenient to check in. The owner gave all the necessary instructions for the check-in, was always in touch. Mobile-free Wi-Fi. There were all the necessary little things for a comfortable stay.

It would be better with a comfortable dining table.

What near of the subway station and there is a lot of restaurants around the corner

I booked the studio flat in June 2025 for a 2 week stay. On arrival I found that the apartment which was really a home stay was smelly and not clean. There were no bath towel or bedsheet, the tap to the bathroom basin was loose with dirt around the base, the kettle was not clean and the lids broken . There was used toothpaste and soap in the bathroom. The fridge was dirty not clean. On taking it up with the Owner/Agent I was told that I must not consider it as a hotel as the rate was low. I was then blocked from contacting him/her. As the problems were there from the start, I could not stay there any longer and moved out in the morning to a hotel a few minutes walk away which was in an excellent condition at a commensurate price. (ocloud hotel gangnam ) I would definitely not recommend anyone to choose this accommodation. The Owner/ Agent refused to refund any money.

The location is very good, and the host was super nice. Everything was well explained and easy, honestly perfect spot to stay at for 2 people. A good bonus is that the bed is very good. Highly recommend 😊

The location is really accessible to a lot of places if your itinerary involves places to visit in Gangnam as most are walking distances or 1-2 stops away. It is also really close to 2 different train lines. The room is clean and good enough size for 2 (we had 1 medium and 1 large luggage). Room was well heated and there was hot water available anytime.

The layout of the room was a little odd but it is workable for us as we did require that much space for our things. The apartment main lobby at G floor had operating hours so we had to walk round to the convenient store below after hours. However it is fine if you do not buy a lot or heavy items.
