They welcomed us there very warmly and with high quality. the hotel was very clean and natural.morning breakfast buffet and plenty of variety they helped us in every way.we will come again with my family thank you north wind

This was a terrible experience. The pictures are deceptive and so are the reviews.

Warning the accommodation is not comfortable or safe for women travelers. The Hotel Manager preys on women and overcharges for random things. He did this to me and to two women traveling together, mother and daughter. He guilted me in paying 20 € euros for doing one load of laundry and hang drying it outside. He first said, Its no problem and they could do it and to not worry about paying. I took it as it is included. I offered to pay a tip. The following day, He said it would be 50€. He then became aggressive and hostile and I was scared. So I paid out of fear for my safety and locked myself in the room. The next day I left with the other women. The women said he did the same thing to them with over charging them for dinner. He tried to charge them 60€ a plate. The accommodation is very far from Bodrum city. It is in a city Turgutreis. Google the address first. There is lots of traffic. The beaches are not as nice near the hotel. The hotel is not near anything. The accommodation had a broken shower, The AC did not work, The sheets had been stained. It looks good on the outside. Once I noticed the inside, I realized this hotel is a mistake. I am writing here to warn other travelers. Be careful as it is your holiday. It’s better to book somewhere more comfortable and safer and closer to things. This hotel does not offer anything of quality. The hotel manager is hostile.

the design of the hotel is cute and modern, the air conditioning worked well, the view is beautiful. I wish the owner to improve the service and be more cleanliness

The door to the toilet is broken in the room, it does not open from the inside, if you come alone you will stay in the toilet. Dirty furniture, stained walls, burnt linens, no blackout curtains. A bed without a blanket, the staff does not understand English well, they brought a blanket without a duvet cover, for a long time they could not understand what a duvet cover was. Then they found it. I made the bed myself. The price included breakfast, upon check-in the administrator did not say then it starts. Coffee at the bar was Nescafe 30 lire🙈 There is no “do not disturb”card in the room, and if you want sleep and relax, you can’t, because the Insects are poisoned in the room while you are in….. knocking while you are sleeping and doing it.
