Mountain View Brown lodge

Location was fine

Ran out of gas on day one. No hot water for washing. Nobody answering there hot line phone number, nobody returning the call.

Beautiful clean

The whole place was immaculate, considering it was pet friendly there was no sign of pet hairs and overall was very clean and comfortable. Everything was available.

The only item we missed was an iron.

The lodge was immaculate and the location was perfect.just a short drive to the beach. Wish we could stay a few more days.really felt at home.

There was a ensuite room which had a shower which was great.however the second bathroom only had a bath with no shower. As everyone wanted showers and there were five of us staying here there was a bit of a que in the morning.also as it was a ensuite it meant everyone had to go through my room to shower. Also the locks to the property were faulty and we had to leave the doors open when we were out and overnight too.

The place was really beautiful and very comfortable !! So nice that I didn’t want to leave !!!

One of the bathrooms had no shower

Keys were on the door for self checkin. Nice, quiet location and spacious well decorated chalet. Initial hiccups with heating which the management stepped in to resolve few minutes after checkin.

The second bathroom was a bath tub without a shower. All guests had to queue to rely on one single shower. Disappointed where the hot tub was located, didn't know it was a bit distant from the lodge, as a result I and my guests were not able to use the hot tub.
