There’s a parking but we need to pay a lot for the fee, over night 18nzd for 12 hours only and we can not enjoy the apartment because we need to pay more for next hours, spend to much for the parking, and one day in the morning we forgot to extend maybe 15 minutes lates and there’s a parking staff give us penalty’s 50nzd

Great location right by the harbour side. Close to bars, restaurants and transport links but still quiet and peaceful with amazing views. New modern style apartment in perfect condition.

Location was great! Amazing view from the lounge. Good communication from AJ. Self check in instructions were a bit confusing at first but once we got there we figured it out and all went smoothly, good check out time too.

Loss of stars due to cleanliness, as the downstairs shower and kitchen sink drains had a really bad stagnant sewer smell as well as shower had pink growing around the drain. The shower head screws were loose and coming off. The valance and cushions on bed had stains, household necessities weren’t available (rubbish bags/ lined bins, hand soap in ensuite BR, bench spray and cloths etc) to keep the home clean during our weekend stay. There was also no handle or lock on master bedroom door and downstairs bathroom doors locks both broken. Lights in downstairs rooms not working. Also on arrival was an unmade broken bed downstairs which required owner to be in home during our stay fixing it well past 9:30pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and found the home lovely. But do not think our accommodation was worth the price tag.

Location is awesome. Easy for u ears to find, clearly marked and in walking or scooter distance to everything we needed. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Views are nice. Close to the Hilton for meals.

It is noisy. None of the windows or doors etc have any noise barrier so sleeping was difficult due to city noise and boats are 24/7. Downstairs has no airflow or aircon without opening the windows. Need fans or something down there. Bathroom door handles and locks didn’t really work. The lounge could really do with a nice big screen tv. On days where we wanted to stay back and chill, we couldn’t really watch a movie or do anything. Only one set of keys so our group couldn’t split up without having to plan who would have the keys etc etc

Location and view is spectacular. Apartment in good condition and plenty of space.

Need work on minute details. 1. No lightbulbs in all the lamps, host sent over some very quickly but unfortunately was wrong size and no news after from host 2. The covers were not clean and we had to wash them again. 3. Could add some paper towels and make sure the cutlery and dishes were clean. 4. Would be nice to add some instructions of where to dispose trash. 5. Would be nice to add lock on master bedroom sliding door.

This place is amazing! Loved the cute apartment. Great for 6 in family. Has a portable cot there so it’s handy for mothers. The scenery of the harbour is definitely spectacular, we enjoyed waking up in the mornings to the view. Location was perfect! Close to all eating places around the Viaduct & North Wharf. And Close to Commercial bay for shopping. Will definitely be staying here again if we’re ever needing a breather in the city. Thank you AJ for hosting my family and I over the weekend.
