Lots of things that need attention

Location nice and quiet, bus/uber ride into town.

Mattresses old, especially one in rear bedroom was awful. Old and no support at all. Broken plug socket in front bedroom. Sofa unusable as old and no support. Not very clean. Toilet brush bad. All mugs in kitchen had old coffee/tea marks. Just felt the whole place needed a proper clean.

Staff was apologetic and helpful

We didn't get a chance to stay at the accommodation at all! The place was double booked during our stay, which was rather inconvenient. We've booked the place as we needed to work the weekend away in Cambridge. We travelled down after work and got there late in the evening at the accommodation to find out that the accommodation was not vacant. The staff was helpful enough to come over and try to sort something out for us but to be stucked without a place to stay at 10pm at night is rather inconvenient. It was a long day and we just needed a place to rest. We only managed to get check in to a new place that they have to resort to booking for us after we've suggested to them at 11ish pm.

Quiet neighbourhood, however, don't arrive at school drop off or pick-up times as you won't get a street park. Convenient location if you have a car.

Could not regulate the shower temperature. Couldn't regulate the heater temperature.

Property is nice and spacious with its own private garden. Both bedrooms have nice decor and built-in wardrobes. Really spacious hallway and a living room. Plenty of free street parking outside the property.
