GBLovely location, beautiful views from back of house, easy to get to places of natural beauty. Cockermouth is a nice little town and wasn’t too busy or touristy. Loved Wordsworth House and Gardens.

GBThe property was super clean and comfy even with a baby. The views were amazing! Darren the host was really nice n helpful and easy to reach. We overall had a great stay and would highly recommend!
DENice big house with a view. You can park in front of the house. Nicely decorated. Even a washing machine is there. Good location to take a trip to the Northern Lake District.
House was insufficiently cleaned when we arrived. Toilet on the ground floor dirty, dish in the dishwasher not clean (needs maintenance?), freezer dirty. The house used to be beautiful but clearly needs some general maintenance as removing the mold in the bathroom, fixture of the shower head, a new mirror in the bathroom. The fittings on some doors are loose, the bin has a loose lad. As sorting of the trash doesn't work (people before us in the house threw everything without thinking in different bins in front of the house) it clearly needs some explanations how to separate the trash. The windows in the house need to be cleaned and furthermore a bit of garden furniture could help feeling more welcome. The drying rack was broken.
