I liked that the place is safe and secured under 24hour security. The security personnels were all friendly and helpful. The apartment i booked was also nice and catered well for my family. It had everything you could need from plates to hairdryer just to name a few

I did not like that i had to wait for the appointment to be cleaned when we arrived cause apparently there was a double booking but anyways they did bring a cleaner to change the linen and dust around but the patio was dirty

The swimming pool and the fact that it was close to the beach and the shops

The staff was very ruin. Especially the cleaner, who came at 10am and started sweeping and cleaning in our presence. The checkout time was 11am, but we had to leave before that as it felt like we were being chased out. We were very disappointed. We were not able to use the oven, as it was not cleaned. There was still rotten meat that was probably left by the previous group.

The position of the venue closer to shops nd the beach.

Check in time🤦‍♂️14:00 is too late. Some people come from far places.

Clean, safe complex.

Tv was not working, which was a big turn off as we were travelling with kids. No explanation on where to find the dimming pool within the complex.

The place was spotless.
