The place was very clean Everything was perfect 👌

They're very strict about Noise, no parties and laughing loud.

There were no mops

Its cosy and private, close to the beach

The sink was leaking, couldn’t see where the water was coming from, microwave is faulty, the bedding is old, lots of stuff lying around old stove, broken high chair..the balcony was dirty. Tenants were complaining that our voices were too loud, we couldn’t be free

cleanliness of the place and the safety

that you have to payR 250 before braaing then you have to clean the braaistand to get your money back

Only liked the promixity to town and the beach. Security was proper.

The place needs a lot of attention and care. Bedroom blinds don't even close, there's no privacy in the 2nd bedroom, people outside can see everything happening inside when lights are on. The bathroom is mouldy and as a result, the whole apartment smells mouldy. In it's current state, I wouldn't stay more than a day. It's good and convenient as a pit stop.

The complex is safe and very quiet, Next to all amenities n @beachfront. I would recommend it to any one for holidays. My friends loved it too🥰🥰
