Upon arrival I had to struggle for 30mins to find out which unit, then get hold of host, whom then insisted she didn't know anything, I had to send a copy of my ID and pictures of my car registration, The microwave didn't work, the kitchen cabinets were so high, in the bathroom there was still a toothbrush and bath sponge etc. When it was time to leave at 11am. By 9am there was already a lady at my door wanting to clean so felt rushed
