USHost was proactive and responsive. They were also flexible, allowing us to check in earlier and leave our bags with them. I left an item at the apartment, and they were extremely responsive and helpful in helping return my item.
Construction on the building was noisy - but not the fault of the host.

ESShirley is a very kind and helpful person, always making sure we were comfortable. We had a problem returning the keys to her because we were flying back to Madrid on a Saturday at 6am and we couldn't give them to her in person, however, she gave us a solution. We were delighted with the cleanliness, space, decoration, internet, etc. Very well located, many restaurants nearby and a 10-minute walk takes you to the waterfront. We went for work, but I know I can book with her again if we have to go back. Thanks Shirley.
