GBLovely cottage in the perfect location
GBIt's a lovely, clean, cosy cottage and very near a small beach. Nice views of the sea from the top floor bedroom. It's very central for Whitby town facilities and amenities.
We stayed for 3 nights but had to make our own beds up. Although we got fresh towels on day one, no replacement towels were provided for the remainder of our stay. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay.
GBLoved every minute staying at North Star Cottage perfect location 2 minutes from the beach and nearest pub the cottage it's self was a warm old rustic feeling very clean and had nothing but calm and relaxing time definitely wanting to go again and definitely recommend to others
GBQuaint cottage in a good location. Comfy beds and the property was clean on arrival. Was able to check in a little earlier which was great.
The Kitchen was a little tired and could do with an update.

GBLiked the location ..
Parking abit of a pain ..
GBGreat location at the bottom of the famous steps in the touristy heart of Whitby. Cute, characterful, well equipped cottage. Ahead of our stay, Kay was friendly and helpful and offered some great recommendations for eating out (esp Magpie Cafe where we ate twice over the Easter weekend). Parking tip: we parked near the station and walked through with our things.
There was a bit of noise from next door (it's in a terrace of small cottages) and a few basics in the fridge would have been useful at the beginning of our stay. Otherwise you have to walk back to the Co-Op near the station for milk etc.
