The presence of small children can impact the comfort of your stay due to their special needs. This didn't bother me, but travelers should be aware of this.

Checking in, no instructions given before arrival. When I arrived, couldn’t get a hold of anyone to find out about check in instructions. When the host called me, I had already left but agreed to go back to find the house after driving close to 30 minutes. Can’t unlock the door with the key and host told me he had already cancelled the reservation and will give me a refund.
