Booked this property just for a night because I had a long layover. It said wifi is free and that was all I needed other than a bed to sleep in. Instructions were too brief. Locker that had my keys was unlocked which made me very worried. It took so long to find my room, I had to ask a resident to help me out. Wifi password was also not provided therefore I panicked because I could not book an airport taxi for early the next day. Ended up just leaving the room and booking next door at a hotel with a front desk service.
