"Fake hotel and staff stole from our room. Avoid at all costs."

Location is great

This is a fake hotel - the majority of the photos are stolen from other nearby hotels or photoshopped (staff smirked while admitting this). It is not a hotel, just a couple of rooms inside a residential apartment building. All other facilities - restaurant, pool etc do not exist. We complained to booking.com and decided to leave early. Staff then entered our room and went through our bags to steal money. The receptionist magically found it scrunched up "under the shower gel" when we threatened to call the police. Look outside of booking reviews, all are rated 1. We wish we had checked. Avoid at all costs.

Definitely, it is not 4 star service! 2.5 maybe, max 3. The location is great! The staff didn’t speak English. The room service had to be reminded to the staff. The room was clean. There was no window, although it was not mentioned in the booking. The price was extremely cheap!
