Eagle Hotel Luton Airport

We arrived late Friday night. There was either a party or night club close by & we heard loud music & talking until 3am. We had 1.5hr dosed sleep. We recognise this is not the hotels fault.

Cushion on bed was unfresh & smelt sweaty

Really wonderful stay! The room was nice and large for central London and included a desk and 3 chairs. Would've extended my stay but they were booked out! Hope to be back in the future.

The room was very clean well made up.

The lack of parking. The only time you see a member of staff is when you check in 🫤 And then it's a brief conversation, you pay, get given your door card, told it's non smoking & check out time that's it. I was given a 3rd floor room if staff had been more approachable when I checked in I would of explained I have a condition that effects my mobility & could I change rooms however as they weren't I didn't feel comfortable enough to do so.

Very clean and comfortable.

Outside of the owners control, the electricity was off all evening. Also room had a very faint smell of tobacco smoke (guessing previous guest was a heavy smoker or tried to puff out of the window)
