Eagle Hotel Luton Airport

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was great for getting to the train station.

It was difficult to get in touch with staff for checkin, but once we found them they were very helpful.

The hotel is relatively close to Luton Airport, though required a taxi to get there.

Luton high street is rough and disappointing. The staff were rude, and the facilities were bad. It was a hot day in Luton, and we had a fan, but the window opened onto an accessible rooftop, so we didn't feel safe leaving it open all the way. If we'd paid half what we paid it still would have been uncomfortable, but at least affordable. It was a total rip off for what we paid.

Tight parking space. We had to park a minute walk from the property which is still fine.

Helpful staff, even when checking in at 2 AM

The room was okay and fairly comfortable

The property had checked in random people into my room before I had arrived. Leaving me almost stranded because they had not done their job properly. I had communicated with the hotel that I would be checking in at 11pm however they still went ahead and let people check in under my name which is absurd. Very unprofessional staff

Lovely welcome, clean room and comfortable bed. We could open the windows but the manager could not tell us when we arrived if we could, she didn’t know.

The pillows were awful, you could T class them as a pillow.

Avoid like the plague!! The room itself looked the like photos. But nothing worked in the room including the shower. The location was so rough and we got absolutely no sleep with all the parties/bars/ boy racer tracks going on outside the room! We went for dinner as the restaurant doesn’t serve anything Apart from coffee and oh my word rough area doesn’t even come close!! If your a woman on your own or two women together do not go!
