Friendly staff, comfy beds

Clean room, tea/coffee topped up every day, plenty of clean towels. Limited parking available.

We kept having to ask for the heating and hot water to be put on (and there wasn’t always someone on Reception to ask). It can be quite a noisy area (people walking past late at night and talking loudly).

Great room. clean and quiet.

Check in was tedious as the receptionist didn’t seem to know what she was doing and kept me waiting an age.

Nice comfortable room. With good heating. Close enough to the airport and a short walk from pubs and the town centre.

I picked this hotel because it is advertising a coffee lounge and snack bar. Thought it would be nice for breakfast and chilling out but it was shut and according to local businesses it hasn't been open for a while. Don't advertise something you no longer offer.

Great attentive staff and lovely little hotel within walking distance of the city.
