The food was the only saving grace of the Hotel

We got room that was smelly, the location is far from the center, The staff at the reception arent very nice.

The immediate thing that you notice as you enter is the Huge lobby which is extremely well done and swanky. The staff was courteous and helped us very well to our rooms. The rooms are quite well done, well lit and very comfortable. Centrally heated, it is a must in the months of January. The kitchen staff and the waiters too are very likeable and again tended to our every request. It is a brilliant hotel and definitely worth a stay.

It is a little far from main Pahalgam but that did not bother us much. Food, as we noticed all over Kashmir, was a little on the saltier side. That too they rectified when we requested.

Amazing decor, fantastic lobby, comfortable rooms. Overall value for money place.

Light fluctuation was only the drawback.

The hotel room is quite big and good. All the facilities are properly maintained.

Overall the hotel was good. The staff was nice and helpful, and gave us an upgrade as well. Room was big and spacious, and had all the facilities. The dinner area was also good. If you are okay with a remote location, then it is a good property.

Biggest challenge is the location - please be careful. It is not located in Pehelgam - but about 13kms away in a different area. Apparently that area is good for rafting, but for us it was a pain to go there from Pehelgam and back. And the roads are very narrow and not convenient. There were also challenges with hot water - hot water was very minimal - which was a problem considering we went in December.
