The location of the Hotel is quite central and at a walking distance to the beach.

The condition of the hotel is nowhere near what is depicted in the photos. Not a very well maintained property. Definitely not worth the money.

Nothing didnt stay there and left Day 1.

I booked for 2 nights, first night I didnt sleep at all nor did I stay in the room. 2nd night I didnt return due to the really poor condition of the resort. Bookings.com pictures are not genuine and a total disgrace! The room i had had spiders in the bed, no hot water, ac was leaking and the bedding had stains. I couldn't even rest my head on the pillow due to how unhygienic it was. Really surprised that Bookings.com have advertise false pictures. Booked for 2 nights and didnt even stay there due to how bad it was.

Visiting GOA for the first time, we were made exceptionally welcome. We were treated like family, or old friends. The Manager, Prince, could not do enough to make our stay the best. All of the staff, in particular Sachin and the other staff members were all friendly, welcoming, kind and helpful at all times.

Location. Staff. Value for money and overall friendliness, kindness and on hand at at all times.
