The staff is helpful and kind

Room is too small for the price. The arrangement of the room also below expectation as we need to go upstair using backdoor. Some of the equipment also damaged but not replaced like the door knob. I had trouble everytime I want to open the room door because the key will stuck in the keyhold, take almost one minute just to pull out back the key before I can close the door back. And some more when other guest come in at the middle of night when we were sleeping, their voices chit chatting can clearly heard by us, it was very disturbing and I think maybe the room wall is too thin or anything. There's no privacy in there.
