The staff were helpful

These are areas you must improve: 1. We called three or four times and even messaged the number provided before arriving. No one answered 2 Our check-in was at 12pm on 15 Mar 24 and we arrived at 1.15pm. The room was not ready. Apparently, people cleared from there about 15mins before we arrived which we find hard to believe. 3. The stairs and surroundings are very dusty and a mess. Surely the renovations shpuld be over and the surroundings kept clean by now? 4. The entire place was filty in the Autograph, Level 3. The boys used the same cloth to clean everything from the kitchen, walls, fridge, tables, chairs. They need training in hygiene care. But they were hardworking. Pity you have not trained them. 5. The previous occupants had made a mess of the room. Yet, the bed linen was not changed. 6. We killed a cockroach that attempted to get to our luggage. We have a photo of the departed soul if you want it. 7. The toilet commode was stained black inside. Did not dare to use it. Hope you can deep clean the stains and dark, dried-up poop or whatever it is. But the size of the loo was ok 8. There is a weird window in the room to the top left hand corner. It has two panels and a latch. The same opens to the outside giving one person some crawl space. It has reflective surface so we cannot see behind it. It makes us uncomfortable in terms of privacy. It feels unsafe like we may be watched. 9. The pictures do not match the actual property. 10. The balcony is not in the room but outside. You will share the Autograph with someone else as there are two bedrooms on that one apartment. So it is not totally private. The door that opens to your room is not the right size... meaning on all the fours sides people can peep in, light and bugs can pass through and you will have to pass this door to get to the toilet. If anyone is in the hall, they can come and peep if they wanted to.

It has a good interior but it's on the 3rd floor.

It's difficult to climb every time.

Food was a fight. Stay is good but we couldn’t enjoy the food

Only for one dinner they had their in-house chef otherwise we had to order food from outside, which was very average

The hotel staff was very cooperative. The hotel was very clean. Wifi they provided was with amazing speed. The thing I liked the most was the food, it was very tasty and fresh.

There was an electricity cut in the morning for around 4-5 hours, and they didn't have any electricity generator or any inverter. It was very irritating

I liked the stay and ambience. Food was ok. Room service was good.

The menu can have some more good food.
