"Nice Palazzo, beautiful rooms"

The place is really nice and location great. The apartment we had was big and quiet (if it wasn’t for the works around the building, but nothing to do with the Palazzo). Big and pleasant bathroom. Kitchen has coffee machine and pods, tea kettle and on one of the mezzanines, there is a washing machine. You are +/-10 mins walk to the Piazza Veneto.

The bed sunk in. Pity.

"Comodo per attività in centro"

Appartamento confortevole, ben arredato e pulito, di sicuro non mancano gli armadi. Parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento disponibile. Scelto per un appuntamento di lavoro nei paraggi e solo per una notte.

Il check in non è stato possibile farlo nella sede accanto, per una riunione in corso. Sono stata contattata mentre ero in viaggio, per chiedermi quando sarei arrivata esattamente (io avevo già comunicato tra le 18 e le 19) e per dirmi che la ragazza mi avrebbe attesa per strada fuori dal parcheggio. Riempita di info, nemmeno il tempo di respirare e di capire dove si è, dopo un lungo viaggio. Ho apprezzato la disponibilità, ma non mi è sembrato professionale e la cosa mi ha messo un po’ di pressione. Il giorno dopo info diverse sulla riconsegna delle chiavi (chi reception, chi bussola delle lettere). In appartamento manca uno specchio (a parte quello in bagno) e una presa funzionante (è rotta) vicino al divano. La colazione sapevo bene che non ci sarebbe stata e mi sono arrangiata in un bar vicino, ma a mio parere sarebbe una attenzione in più. Macchinetta e cialde si trovano in appartamento e mini bar con stuzzichini da distributore.

Appartment Einrichtung sehr modern und komfortabel; wir hatten ein Upgrade und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; Zentrale Lage zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants; Tiefgarage; Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Receptionsmitarbeiterin; Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
