Aqua Octaviana Bali Villa

The staff was very kind and helpful. They even picked me up from the airport, which was included in the package.

Unfortunately, the villa did not have a receptionist or security on-site, even though it was advertised as having 24/7 security. This made me feel uncomfortable, especially as a solo traveler. The cleanliness was also far below expectations. The room had dirty bed sheets, a broken cabin, and an unclean floor. I even woke up to find a snail on my bedside table. Because of this, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there. Although I had booked for a week, I had to leave after just one night. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a refund for the unused nights, only a very small partial amount. I honestly feel this was unfair considering the poor conditions and misleading description.
