"It was fine, just a bit strange with no wi-fi and the room not being ready at 16:00."

The location was great. It was super clean and comfortable. Aircon worked a treat and had everything you needed overall. The bed was clean and comfortable with comfortable pillows and sheets. The shower and bathroom was clean and nice.

There was no wi-fi, even though it was advertised as having wi-fi. Upon questioning this with the host, they stated that they were changing internet service providers and that was that, no wi-fi. Secondly, I wanted to check in a bit earlier, at 16:00 instead of 17:00, which the host said was fineyet when I got there the room was not ready. A person was ironing in the room and another person came in and removed food from the fridge. This was just a bit strange.

Everything was great, apartment was beautiful as advertised

I didn't expect to bump into the cleaning staff. Even though they were probably still cleaning. I had to first wait for them to leave the room. But I guess they were just doing their job

Very excellent experience, the guy who checked-in me (King) and Sihle the host were amazing in terms of service and friendliness. Thank you for a great facility and I will book again when I am back in Mthatha.
