Despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, the property informed us upon arrival that the booked accommodation was no longer available and offered us a different apartment instead. This was not the accommodation we had reserved. This situation was highly unprofessional and caused significant inconvenience to our travel plans. A confirmed booking should be honored, and guests should not be pressured into accepting alternative accommodations that differ from what was originally confirmed. I am very disappointed with the property's conduct and believe that hosts who fail to honor confirmed reservations should be held accountable. Such practices undermine customer trust in the Booking.com platform and negatively affect the experience of travelers who rely on confirmed bookings when making their travel arrangements.
