It didn’t have laundry facilities or iron on the premises or even a first aid kit

Mold in the bathroom, not really comfortable bed

Firstly I was given a room different from the one I booked. Then, the pipes in the bathroom constantly made gross burping noises. There was a smell of chlorine or bleach, which obviously it was a known problem, since they put up an air freshener in the room. It burned out throats. Finally, the bathtub seemed to be leaking, which mean the bathroom was always wet. Staff was unwilling to do anything. We had nowhere to go so we ended up bearing it for the night, and then promised never to go back. What a nightmare.

The environment

1. No hair dryer provided (you have to ask) 2. Smells from the bathroom (toilet pipes) 3. Creaking wooden bed (very loud when moving, which caused bad sleep) 4. No help carrying the luggage back to the lobby when checking out (the pathways are not convenient to drag the suitcases) 5. Unwelcoming vibe from the manager. During our 2-day stay, we ate at their restaurant both days. However, when we wanted to take pictures in the area around the restaurant, the manager said that we’re not allowed to do that unless we pay 1,000,000 Rupiah at the restaurant or the spa. Even the restaurant is there in the middle of the garden area, the manager said the area is private so we have to pay that much to take pictures! We think that is super stingy and unwelcoming. We decided not to tag them on our social media accounts to promote for them.

Quite place staff so friendly especialy fadel and recomended for you trip to ubud and other was good
