River view from room is awesome. Location is convenient, rooms are clean and well maintained and staff is very helpful.

Breakfast not much variety, with no specific western options and served from 7am only. Bathroom sink is too low and difficult to use. Motorbike for renting not in the best shape.

The rooms were clean, the staff were enthusiastic and friendly, the food was especially delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!

Het zwembad was niet schoon. We hebben er niet in gezwommen.

Our room was one of the darker ones but was well insulated and cooled easily. Other rooms looked brighter and more spacious.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff here are lovely and the rooms are lovely and clean with a balcony with a beautiful view over the river. Breakfast included is very nice. Good location to walk or borrow the bicycles to local restaurants or cafes.

On the positive side, the location is convenient, with easy access to attractions-many of which are free, such as bicycle and kayak rentals. There is also the option to order dinner on-site; the portions are generous and the food is very tasty. Additionally, laundry service is available at a reasonable price.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were bedbugs in the mattress. I reported this to the property owner, but she only replied the next morning, claiming they weren’t bedbugs but “jungle insects.” Unfortunately, they were clearly bedbugs. Later, she argued that I should have called instead of messaging. As a result, I spent the night searching for a new hotel-which, surprisingly, had no insects or bedbugs simply because it was clean. I had to cancel my reservation by stating that I never arrived, just to supposedly receive a refund (which I was entitled to anyway). Honestly, this was the worst experience during my month-long stay in Vietnam, made worse by what felt like opportunistic behavior rather than a reasonable, common-sense approach.

Emplacement au bord rivière et gentillesse du personnel . Possibilité de se baigner dans rivière devant.

Homestay qui mériterait un rafraîchissement car idéalement situé et plein d’espaces extérieurs, petites terrasses… donnant sur rivière avec beau paysage. Piscine mais eau trouble donc pas de baignade.
