Pier View Sea View Apartment Aberystwyth Promenade

Superb location with glorious sea view from the window. Bedroom at the back was nice and quiet. Excellent shower. Close to good cafes and shops, especially Ultracomedia just round the corner - the very best of Spanish delicacies. Can also recommend Agnelli's Italian cafe just up the road and Athro Lounge in the old school next to the railway station. Also The Glendower Hotel pub and restaurant after a nice walk along the seafront.

Up three flights of stairs, which was not highlighted in the description. Shower was over the bath. In both cases we were just able to cope, being somewhat elderly. Also there was no wardrobe to hang our clothes in – just hangers on the back of the bedroom door.

Excellent location . Easy to access. Car parking at the church a short walk away.

Parking! Difficult to get a space near the property at times.

Being more mature people, 3 flights is stairs with luggage was a challenge.

This well maintained property in Aberystwyth exceeded my expectations. The apartment is clean and had everything I wanted.

Nothing

The location is great of course, with incredible sea views. We were dolphin watching from the living room! The flat is cosy, very clean and homely with everything you would need for a stay in lovely Aberystwyth. Our host was friendly, helpful, attentive and responsive to messages, with all the information we needed supplied in good time and with no faff. It is an easy check-in experience, with key lock boxes. I always particularly appreciate proper BIG bath towels, so definitely a plus there too. The bedroom is quiet, well appointed and restful whilst the living space is practical and very easy to feel right at home. It's up a few flights of stairs, so bear that in mind if you're not very mobile - but the pay-off is that view :)

The location is particularly enjoyable because the apartment looks out over the pier and the sea. We had lovely weather and the views were glorious, especially the sunsets over the sea! Only a short distance down a side street were shops and the Museum. There were visitor attractions, like the funicular railway and the castle just nearby along the promenade. Perfect location.

The freezer was noisy. The kitchen supplied plastic measuring jug but no pyrex cookware, so I bought a pyrex jug to use for cooking in the microwave. But generally the kitchen was very well equipped.

Location, layout, furnishings

Bathroom door sticks. Bathroom radiator was overly dusty & could do with a good wipe down. But would not stop me booking again.
