Staff was very helpful. Room was quiet and well appointed. Convenient location.

Increased ventilation in the bathroom might mitigate the condensation build up.

The room is clean and spacious. Gives us an opportunity to live like a local and to get a feel of what is living in Palermo like. What I like is the balcony, which lets us to go out to have a breath of fresh air and allows us a private space to chat outdoors.

The surrounding environment is not that fantastic, and the hotel is situated in a narrow lane. The taxi is unable to stop in front of the hotel entrance, got to walk a bit to reach the hotel. Pretty inconvenient when we have a luggage in tow.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Palermo’s historic center. The location is ideal, just steps away from the Cathedral and vibrant markets. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great local recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of local treats. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this beautiful city

Noisy from adjoining room and corridors. Looking a bit tired. Could do with a freshen up.
