Extremely noisy -- you can hear everything through the floors/walls as well as on the street. Really, very noisy. It didn't bother me so much, but it should be noted in case you're looking for a quiet place. It's just how a lot of these houses are in New England.

Mattress was very bad - there was a lot of noise literally the whole night (loud music and talking from neighbors )

The area isn’t great, the bed really is small, but still the place is great!
