I have to come to the hotel early to ensure our booking is confirmed cause I didn’t receive any confirmation message either text/email. Upon reaching the hotel, they said my name isn’t listed as guest so I communicated to the host. I waited for over an hour until she responded saying she’s not at fault. Our checkin time is at 3pm. I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE CHECK IN TIME. I shouldn’t have come there earlier in the first place if she updated me. I was ready to leave and request a refund and book another hotel if not because of the nice staffs. She didn’t informed us how to get to the room either. She is supposed to give is instructions, not us asking her all the info! She responds after over an hour to every question! No updates where to get the keys neither. Since it’s not the first time we booked a room at The Paladium, I have an idea where to get the keys. Good thing the key was there. The room itself is fine but the host isn’t.

I would like to share a concern regarding my stay. Unfortunately, there were no dry towels available in the room. The two towels provided were already wet, and there was no extra flat sheet available, no internet connection, no extra slippers to use. In addition, the restroom floor was wet, which made it uncomfortable and unsafe to use. These issues affected the overall comfort of my stay. I hope this can be addressed promptly, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention.

I like the view and its near festive walk mall

The unit smells bad. The floor is sticky, bathroom door is wornout, dust and boxes under the bed, no internet, the room is dark the shower light is broken. Complementary water on the fridge is opened and used. Slippers are not provided. Towels are too thin and worn out.

The pool

The unit..internet is not accesible..

I liked that the room has everything you need for daily living like a cooking stove, microwave, fridge, sink with hand sanitizers, kitchen supplies (sugar would have been nice lol) and also a bathroom with a shower that includes toiletries such as a bidet, alongside shampoos and body wash. I also liked that the television in my room has a pointer controlled from the remote that acts like a mouse on a PC, making it easier to navigate. I lastly like the balcony overlooking the pool area, makes it more fun watching people swim while sitting on a chair drinking coffee (which I didn't do since again, no sugar). Overall those are the things I liked during my one night stay in this condominium (not hotel).

I didn't like that the pool area was closed during my stay, one of the reasons we chose to stay in this condominium was going to enjoy the pool, they should have told us beforehand that it would be closed during that day, we went to the trouble of changing clothes, ready to hit the pool only to hear from one of the staffs that the pool was closed for the day which was the day we had to check out, it was very disappointing, we had to go back to our room and change back to our normal clothes and had to stay in the room for rest of the time before we had to checkout. The concierge and lobby staff was less welcoming even though this wasn't a hotel, I felt like I was the one that was more welcoming to the staff than they are to me and the other guests I observed interacting with.I felt like they were underpaid for their work, or they hire people who don't have the energy working there. Anyway the last thing I didn't like about my stay was the sudden change of hotel after 2 weeks have passed and that I already paid and booked the room 3 weeks in advance only to get a message from the host that they double booked my room and offered to have us change hotels, which was absurd at the time even though after staying there, it gave me more reason to not like the condominium and it's organization. Who knows if we could have stayed in a better room, they had 3 weeks to prepare and they still couldn't simply have placed our name on the room we could have had but instead was changed to another room which was the room we ended up staying in.
