In the first place the staff is not well trained . The washroom door, tiles are damaged and not fixed correctly.sometime Ac also not working . Rooms are smelling, not clean properly ,dust on tables ,the telephone looks like nobody used it for 100years. For each and everything you need to check with the reception. Towels , toiletries were not kept in the room, they just have soap medimix in the name of the toiletries. As the excuse of covid they didn't provide towels and toiletries, and lastly at the time of the check out staff are asking for tips. But the Receptionist is quite helpful and positive responses ...thanks to that guy.

Location near Jagadamba Junction. Well access to restaurant and bus, auto nearby. Adequate size room, hot and cold water , cleaning

No electric kettle and tea coffee etc. No toiletries except two small medimix soap. Bed was very spongy which gave backache. Moreover no breakfast was given there despite booking.com mentioned that breakfast included.
