"Bad"

Worst experience we had. I booked the hotel in advance for our family trip via booking.com. However the staff said that rooms are occupied when we reached there. We searched for a nearby hotel and moved there.

Hotel should not show available on the booking sites. Don't know if it is a hotel or booking. Com but we faced bad experience.
