All was good
GBSmashing en-suite room in comfortable home. Use of kitchen if needed. Parling. Anna great host.
Slightly far from town for me to walk. Not a problem for fit people. Also weather against my trip.
IELocation was approx 1.5 km from Listowel town , which one could walk if one wished, although I drove due to the weather. Guesthouse was easy to find in a a quiet estate & very importantly had a nice open safe space for parking on site. Host was pleasant & quickly showed me around & gave useful information on showers, keys etc. Just to suggest putting the house number easily visible in large digits ,to make it even easier to find !

IEAnna is a great host with a warm welcome. Kitchen available to make tea or coffee. The bedroom is compact but extremely comfortable with a nice ensuite. But the star of the show is the bed. I had the best nights sleep I've had in years. Will definitely stay again for the bed alone.
Although there is a TV available in the public area, I would prefer a TV in the room. Not a big deal, just personal choice.
