Cockroaches. No tv and wifi as promised

The place is beautiful

The security officers are not friendly

The deco was fire 🔥 The lagoon was out of this world The host was responsive and helpful ...would most definitely go there again

Paying extra to enter the lagoon

We did not sleep over and we did log a complaint with bookings.com and no one even bothered to contact me

The fact that we were at the Blyde and that's it.

The apartment had cockroaches. No wifi and the lights on the patio didn't work.

I’m very unhappy with last minute cancellation. It has costs me an extra R1000 to get another booking

I was contacted via WhatsApp very late on the check in day to be told that I cannot have access to the place and my booking is cancelled. No bother to assist me in finding another accommodation whatsoever, very disappointed. I had to book another apartment that was more pricy and not budgeted for. Then around 2pm I get a call that I can come all is fixed, I mean how terrible is that, I was annoyed beyond words and getting another place on short notice was a relief.
