The safety, artificial beach. Nice apartment

The Agent was very unprofessional. The apartment was very dirty. We had to clean ourselves. No toilet paper in the bathrooms. Then the worse was the electricity was off Saturday the day &. Night due to the did not recharge the Electricity. The Agent did not even answer calls or Apologized for the delay. We were unable to cook or charge our phones. No WiFi.

The beach and pool idea is wonderful. The pool was very clean and the sand was just like being on the beach. The restaurant was perfectly placed and served really good food.

The security staff were very rude and unfriendly. To go onto the beach you must first go to a reception area, which no one tells you about. You cant walk anywhere barefoot except on the beach. We were extremely disappointed with our accomodation. The description and photos of the place was nothing like what we expected. The photos show a modern spacious place, what we got was a small and uncomfortable place. The crockery and cutlery was old and very used. The description of the unit was a Penthouse appartment. What we got was a top floor appartment. We were 3 adults and one 14 year old. The unit had two double beds forcing the adult and 14 year old to share a bed. The description of the unit also indicated a private pool. There was no private pool. We were not prepared for entry to the Estate. When we eventually got instructed, we could not reach the host. We ended up sitting at the resturant while booking.com tried to reach him. Eventually after 14.30 we received our room number and code. When we arrived there were other people in the appartment still. There were no towels provided, no toilet paper, and no notice to bring our own. The unit is not well maintained.

Flat was clean and neat

It was a mission to get in, access was an issue. At the gate and at the actual flat. It was incredibly loud - rules say you need to be quiet at 10pm. We heard noise and shouting etc until 3am. Absolutely terrible Host didn't even leave toilet paper nevermind telling us that there are no towels etc. I would not recommend this to anyone
