Il palazzo è davvero molto fatiscente e non c’è l’ascensore per arrivare all’ultimo piano

La propriétaire prête à rendre service et les explications claires. La propreté du logement. Ideal plutôt pour un court séjour ou une étape, Livourne est une grosse ville à proximité des lieux touristiques de Toscane (30 minutes de Pise, 1h30 de Florence).

En plein coeur du centre ville sans parking avec tous les inconvénients que ça représente. Vaisselle minimaliste (le strict minimum). L’annonce mentionne une terrasse puis un balcon, il s’agit bien d’un balcon. Parties communes non entretenues

Big apartment and very helpful hosts.

Third floor with no elevator (problematic for my mom, who is an older lady) Could hear the birds from the bedroom which might not be helpful for light sleeper like ne. The second bedroom doesn’t have a door, so consider it if you need a bedroom with some privacy. My mom didn’t feel super safe walking around and the roads were a bit smelly. No wifi as mentioned in the listing.

Clean and well equipped apartment, everything you need. Clear self chech-in instructions. Communication with the host was smooth

There was too hot to sleep in the second bedroom, because the air conditioner is only in the common area. Also since the apartment is in the attic, the birds on the roof were very disturbing, their footsteps were heard from dawn.

Spacious apartment, had everything we needed for a stay, good kitchen, and all the necessary equipment. Host gladly provided information to our questions and what we could visit in Livorno. Also, the host provided bottles of water even though Italy had drinkable tap water. The apartment really made us feel like at home.

There is no wifi, as we were foreign tourists, internet connection is a necessity to find necessary information and for communication.
