"Disapointing."

Maintenance of services. No water in kitchen. Local managers called to look at cleanliness - manager made report to contracter and Cleaned up for us - he was not pleased. Accommodation was clean when we vacated caravan. Cleaner caravan. Clarity of access. (Has to make phone calls to access caravan. Details texted next day..
