De ligging

De inrichting is heel ongezellig en onpersoonlijk. Als je de gordijnen opendeed zat je op straat of langs hotelkant waar taxi’s of mensen passeerden. Zouden beter lamellen hangen zodat je toch een beetje licht binnen krijgt. Vaatwas was niet uitgeladen.

Room was perfect - we did not need to use many of the facilities such as the washing machine but it was good to know it was there if wee needed it. The apartment was warm and welcoming and very clean!

If I had to be VERY picky - I would say that 'my side' of the bed was pushed up against the wall - would have preferred a bed less wide with bedside tables and plug sockets either side for charging/using devices.

Perfect place to stay in Tromsø

- in a part of town which is easily accessible, airport bus drops us off last and picks us up first and Tromso in itself is walkable. easy to find. - heating was very warm - has everything you need - has a wall separating the bed from the living room (dining area, kitchen, sofa) - staff were friendly and easily reachable through text

- it was expensive, but that's norway anyway - dishwasher was stuck when we checked in. no stairs, wasn't the biggest issue but lugging luggages up and down were a bit of a hassle.

The location was excellent.

There was mold in the bathroom. I used a towel to dry my hair and then discovered dried blood on it. Not mine!!! The bed was apalling the worst I have slept on. The bed dipped in the middle so we decided to flip the mattress. Huge mistake because I saw the mattress topper and the stains were outrageous - disgusting!! The sheets didn't feel like they had been washed, there was no headboard, the pillows were basically two handkerchiefs and the dirt in the corner of the bed frame was just horrible. Got out of the bed every morning feeling dirty. For the amount of money we paid it was beyond a rip off.
