We stayed at totalapartments Velvet for four nights and had a nice time. The flat has everything you need, though it would have been nice to have some essentials like salt, sugar, and oil. It’s comfortably warm, and you can easily adjust the temperature yourself. The heated bathroom floor was a great touch! The location is excellent—we really enjoyed that part of town, and there’s a lovely bakery just a two-minute walk away. However, the mattress was quite disappointing—it’s extremely soft, and we didn’t find it comfortable to sleep on. Another downside was the extra charge for an additional shower towel. Considering the high price of the flat, we felt that extra towels should be included.

Very nice location by the water and easily walking distance to the main city centre. Clean apartment with almost everything you will need - including a coffee machine.

The main bed was not at all comfortable. Personal service is limited, it’s all self check-in etc. However, when I raised a problem in terms of an extra bed for a third person via call, it was solved quickly. I think it would help if they sync the information on their own website with Booking.com as there were a lot of confusion- pet policy, what is available in the room, etc.
