"Good"

Great location, 5/10 minute walk to the centre. spacious flat with everything inside. Amazingly warm, bathroom floors are heated. They left a manual with instructions and information. They were quick to come to the flat when I said there was an issue with the shower.

Our shower head needed replacing, the staff came out the same day to fix it as well as they could. They didn't have a spare part so they couldn't change it during our stay. I wish there were also some condiments for us to use in the kitchen, but it is well equipped with pans and cutlery.

"Great location and good customer service"

Location was excellent. The room was clean and the kitchen was equipped with almost all necessary items to cook. Also the price was relatively low comparing to prices in Norway. Dogs are allowed, which was nice plus.

The room was not the same as we booked, at least it was quite different than in pictures. Even though the room was ok, but not that cozy as in the pictures, so a bit disappointed with that one. The information is not synced with their own website, since their website is saying that animals are not allowed, but booking.com said they are. Turns out at least dogs are allowed.
