The room is not big but designed for practicality. It clean and the bed is comfortable. The amenities are picked up from the lobby.

It is hard to fault the hotel for our short stay.

The location of the Hotel is good, near the Monorail and within walking distance of various malls and restaurants. Also hotel staff is nice and helpful. The rooms have everything required and are spacious for japanese terms.

We stayed 5 nights and had to change our room twice. The first room was opposite of the smoking room and smelled of old smoke. It was also noisy as other hotel guests used the smoking room the whole night. Isolation of the room doors is very poor, especially in the morning when other guests are passing by and chatting. You can hear everything. We requested to change the room the next day. Unfortunately the second room was not cleaned, there was urin on the toilet seat from the previous guest and there were excrements on the fittings of the washlet. It was the most disgusting experience ever. We got a new room afterwards ä, however, also the new room was not too clean. There is definitely an issue with cleaning in this hotel (tables are sticky, floors not properly cleaned, etc.). I would not sleep there anymore and also not recommend this hotel unless you don't care about cleanliness. To add: we regularely sleep in Daiwa Roynet Hotels all over Japan, this is the first time we had such a bad experience.
