Quiet, comfortable, relaxing apartment with great views over art gallery, library etc. Well equipped. Great location - easy to get to places on foot & places to eat & drink close by. Elliot helpful, responsive & friendly host. Clear, easy to follow check in details. Had a great visit to Leeds & apartment was part of that..

Lift wasn't working but Elliot let me know & beyond his control.

The location is great. The appartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a minor issue when we got there (caused by the last guests) but Elliott, the host, personally sorted everything out super quickly and kept us in the loop via WhatsApp which was great. The appartment is well equipped and all codes and instructions were communicated clearly. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good. We had a great view of a fantastic thunderstorm from the mezzanine bedroom. I’ve added a photo of the view.

Totally beyond anyone’s control but the lift was broken and there are quite a lot of stairs to the appartment. However Elliot let us know about the lift and apologised and it really couldn’t be helped. It didn’t affect our stay.

Everything about the property felt so homely! Very clean and tidy. Such a beautiful place to stay. BEDS SO COMFY!

Me and my friends went during the heatwave at the end of may. The room was very warm during the day/night. Elliot provided a fan however if you’re coming with more than 2 people then bring extra fans!

Good location with a nice view, lots of character to the apartment with the old structure of the building. The location was very convenient, the apartment had all the facilities and things you may need and the place was nice and quiet.

It was a bit difficult to get up the stairs with luggage (the elevator did not work, which the host did inform me about), and the stairs area smelt not very nice, like a lot of cleaning projects had been used.

Apartment was clean, smelt great, was well kept and had all amenities you could possibly need.. bed was comfortable and location was excellent

Only downfall was the lift was out of service and being on the top floor was kind of an inconvenience.
