Lovely staff and very modern and clean

This is not exactly quiet. A shared bathroom next to you with people showering at 2am.... A 5"exhaust turbo BMW revving outside your window at 1.30am The back paths don't feel safe walking through alone. Fly tipping everywhere. I'm a light sleeper hence why I went for the title .. quiet and private. The house inside is modern and well finished but I haven't got to sleep yet!

"Very Nice stay."

The Lady who welcomed us was such a nice lady, very polite and charming! The projector in the room was a great thing to pop on whilst you relax in bed... Very nice Bathroom, shower spot on! Lovely presentation. Location to car at property.

It was all very good.

A lovely couple who own the house. Made us feel welcome. Bedroom was clean. Bathroom was clean. The lady showed us where everything was and was amazing

"Short stay for gig"

Amazing location - 20ish minute walk into the centre for shopping. We were seeing an artist at Utilita Arena which was 5 minutes up the road. The accomodation was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy and Celia was super friendly and welcoming.

"Very comfortable stay, great location and welcoming host"

Location was very good for the Utilita Arena and near restaurants and pubs The accommodation was clean, the bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. No en-suite bathroom but only sharing with another room so that was fine. Two bedrooms to one bathroom and one on each floor. Celia was very kind to let us arrive early and park our car so we can go to our event and check in later
