Quiet Private Homestay, Central Birmingham

Celia was very friendly and gave me a warm welcome. The room was clean, organized and spacious. The communication with Angus was easy. I recommend this room.

Beautifully clean, great location. The room had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Communication was easy and quick leading up to my stay. Parking was available which was a huge bonus.

房間整體空間非常寬敞，又有附設免費私人停車空間。房東會主動聯繫入住規定跟關心房屋使用狀況。

我們住宿位置位於二樓，樓梯狹窄陡峭，有大型行李搬運時需小心。

I loved that the whole house was immaculate and well loved and cared for. The staff were warm and welcoming and helpful. The shower was great and the projector screen and the remote control lights a nice touch of luxury. Tissues in the room (this is quite rare in our experience).

It was about a 25 min walk to Moor Street station where we got a bus to Moseley Folk Festival (about a 20 min journey). This made for a very long day from start to finish). The housing estate the property is located in is quite rundown (lots of rubbish) but we didn't notice any unsociable behaviour and felt safe walking back at the end of the festival. This of course is not the fault of the property owners

Struttura composta da 4 camere, disposte sue due piani, ognuno con un bagno. Spazi in comune molto attrezzati e pulitissimi. Cortesia e disponibilità degli host impeccabili. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 20 minuti. Comoda la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito.
