Filippa City Apartments - Lefkada Town Center

Ωραίος χώρος, περιποιημένος και καθαρός. Μου έκανε πολύ θετική εντύπωση το Wi Fi.

Ο χώρος που μείναμε το τριήμερο ήταν πολύ περιποιημένος και καθαρός. Είχαμε κοντά μας φούρνο και μίνι μάρκετ. Η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν ευγενική και εξυπηρετική.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ καλό σημείο στο κέντρο της πόλης , ευρύχωρο καθαρό και φωτεινό . Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού ήταν άψογη .

Η τοποθεσία είναι σχετικά καλή απο την άποψη parking, διαφορετικά είναι πάνω στο δρόμο και έχει αρκετό θόρυβο.

Το ίντερνετ ήταν με 4G Router και η ταχύτητα του ήταν στα 2-3mbps. Η απάντηση απο τον διαχεριστιστή ήταν ότι είναι φορτωμένο το δίκτυο της κινητής τηλεφωνίας λόγω της καλοκαιρινής season. Αναγκαστικά πλήρωσα για να έχω περισσότερα δεδομένα στο κινητό μου και έκανα hotspot. Το κινητό λειτουργούσε με υψηλές ταχύτητες. Τα φίλτρα στα air condition ήταν βουλωμένα, γεμάτα σκόνη, καλό θα είναι να τα κοιτάνε πιο συχνά και να τα καθαρίζουν. Το ντούζ ήταν βουλωμένο το σιφώνι, είχε μαζέψει χώμα και τρίχες, λογικό, αλλά και εκεί πρέπει να γίνεται ένας έλεγχος για την αποφυγή προβλημάτων. Καλό είναι να υπάρχει ένας προληπτικός έλεγχος και καθαρισμός.

The location

The apartment was very disappointing. There was a constant horrible smell coming from the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the property was advertised as having certain facilities (like an iron), but these were missing. I immediately reported this to the agency representative, but nothing was done. First, she made excuses, then claimed she couldn’t reach the owner. Despite my repeated requests, no solution was provided, and sometimes my messages were even ignored. For the price paid, this apartment is absolutely not worth it. The only positive thing was the location, but everything else was a letdown.

Struttura centrale a due passi dal centro e la struttura è nuova

Due disagi Il primo all’ arrivo (il nostro volo è atterrato alle 8 di mattina eravamo distrutti ) abbiamo chiesto più volte se fosse possibile anticipare il check in delle 15 o quanto meno depositare i bagagli. Ci sono venuti incontro anticipando di circa mezz ora il check in però è stato un vero disagio restare con le valigie per 6 ore per strada. Il secondo la struttura non ha la possibilità di prenotare taxi e trovare un taxi che alle 6 di mattina ti porta all aeroporto è davvero complesso .

we were on vacation and the first 3 days it was a terrible noise I couldn't sleep. nothing was soundproof. the staff was very rude and they told us for the noise is greece rules. we do not recommend this apartment at all because if you want to not sleep you can go there. the noise started at 6 in the morning because they were doing work in the apartments.And we pay 90€ cash for take a apartment more good and bigger and its more terrible. I can't post a video here because if I could post it you would believe me for what I'm telling you.
